Overlooking the Stellenbosch Valley, the Delaire Graff Owner’s Villa is a distinguished Cape Winelands luxury accommodation, sporting interiors by David Collins Studio and artwork from Laurence Graff’s collection. This magnificent private villa has vast open living spaces with floor-to-ceiling slatted trusses that flood the rooms with natural light and afford sweeping views of the estate vineyards and the breathtaking mountainous landscape.

The living and dining areas are large, open-plan spaces separated by a double-sided fireplace clad in bronze. The Assirelli-designed kitchen has top-of-the-range Gaggenau appliances, a central island, and local granite worktops. A private chef, on request, can staff the kitchen. The ground floor is home to a family room, wine store, gym and staff quarters with two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. Outside, guests are welcomed to the magnificent views of the estate and the manicured vineyards. There is a 14-metre infinity pool on the large, sun-soaked terrace equipped with sun loungers and an alfresco lounge area. The swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees Celsius and has a recessed step running its entire length – the perfect perch for sundowners. There’s a separate Jacuzzi off to the side.

All three rooms have a private terrace overlooking the estate and Simonsberg mountain. Bedroom 4, on the lower ground floor, has a super-king-size bed set up as twins, a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower and freestanding bathtub.
